I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who need quality service from trust worthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

I highly recommend In House Plumbing. They came out for what is probably a pretty simple issue, a clogged sink, but for me it was a huge issue. They arrived when they said they would and quickly went to work. The issue was in the line away from the house, but it didn’t take long for them to get the clog cleared up and my sink working again. Once the job was done they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. And all at a very affordable rate. I’m a small business owner myself and I like to use local small businesses when I can. I had them help my daughter out when she had and issue at her condo, and will continue to use them for any issues that might arise at my home.

Noel is knowledgeable and a true Craftsman. Work was performed in a timely manner with each step being explained thoroughly. He treated my home as his own with respect and worked with my schedule to get the job done!

The installers were great! They were hard workers and had to install in extreme heat. They also protected my floors all the way into my place.They did cut a hole in the ceiling to complete the installation, but we’re very quick and efficient in sending out someone to repair the hole. The repair man for the ceiling was wonderful! I can’t see where the hole was, he matched everything perfectly, from the paint color to the textured ceiling.My only issue is that I contacted Goettl on a Saturday and they couldn’t come out until Monday. They offered to put me up in a hotel for the two days, of which I stayed one. They said will reimburse me. It was still inconvenient with a little dog who couldn’t stay in the air conditioned hotel room while I went to work, so I had to leave her home in the early morning with a fan. Luckily a neighbor checked in on her and kept her part of the day.When Monday came around, day of installation, someone dropped the ball and they didn’t have the right parts to install. Another day without air! They brought two window units to my place to help my dog survive the heat another day, while I worked. The units helped cool my place, but not as cool as they said it would.The Installation was delayed from Saturday to Tuesday.That was the most frustrating and inconvenient part. I am very happy with the end result,. I just wish they could have completed the job as promised on the first scheduled day.

The name fits -- our company has received indeed received superior service at a fair price for years from the owner of this company, for work on our rental condos. I have also used him for work at my residence, with the same good results. I highly recommend this company.
