Very timely. Techs were awesome just thought the price was high. Still haven't received a receipt for the services/warranty.

I called Precision Plumbing to give an estimate for a small leak that I had. They told me the cost would be $435. I asked them how much of that would be labor and how much of that would be parts and they told me they would not give out that information which was super sketchy. I told him if they can't be transparent about pricing then I'm going to go somewhere else and they didn't seem to care. I called another plumbing company by the name of Dignity Plumbing. When the gentleman from Dignity Plumbing went out there to give a quote he said just a few things needed to be tightened and did so within a few minutes. He said everything was good and no need for any repairs. He said he wouldn't charge anything for the repair because it was so minor and simple. If you have plumbing needs call Dignity Plumbing as they stand by their name unlike Precision Plumbing.

Customer service and skills are great! The consult and repair time was faster than other companies we consulted with. We had an old water heater and defective H20 softener that needed replacing.
Everyone likes Hot, or warm water to clense with. Needless, to say No job is to large or small for the Plumbing Kings. The servicemen surpassed our expectations on the repairs. We are glad to have had such a great team to assist us with our water issues.

Sprinkler system evaluation and repair

Danny did a great job replacing the shower/tub valve, but the price was outrageous, over $1375. Wonderful workmanship if you are rich.

Just before 10 pm my cold water valve under my kitchen sink starts to leak. It takes over an hour to finally get a hold of a plumber that would actually help me now and not in the morning. We can't find the main water box anywhere and I had been digging where it should be since making my calls. Thank Code Red Emergency Plumbing for actually helping me out. The tech Kylan got here pretty quick and even he couldn't find the main valve box outside. He decides to do a live cap. Around 60 PSI of cold water jetting out as he tries to cap it off until we can get the water company out here to find this stupid water box to actually turn off our water. It may have took him a few minutes and us both getting soaked...my kitchen, dinning room, den...all Flooded but he was able to cap it off. Around 40 minutes later the water company finally gets to my house and turns the water off so my plumber can fix the valve. My house was almost ruined but he had a powerful wet vac to help out get most of the water up. 48 gallons of water is what he sucked up. Thank you so much Kylan from code red emergency plumbing for being the only tech that I called for help and actually came right away. It was a crazy night but I would use this place again for any of my plumbing needs and if I could, I would ask for Kylan every single time for saving my house from a far worse flood that could have happened.

Climate Control Experts deserves a zillion stars. My entire experience with their installation of a new HVAC system recently was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, supportive and courteous. Aaron Crawford, who led the team, was so helpful and generous with his expertise. Everyone -- from Jimmy the technician; Shane and Isaac the installers, Lee the duct cleaner; and Jaime, the drywall/paint whiz -- were great, making the project a real pleasure. My contacts with the office -- Liz, Emily and Callen -- were friendly and service-oriented. I now have a quality product at a reasonable cost and will rely on Climate Control Experts for future maintenance. Good work!Today Ivan flushed my water heater. He did a great job and he was very nice and professional.
