Jesus came out to do a plumbing inspection. He was professional and friendly. He addressed issues I was having with low water flow out of a couple sink faucets. He had to crawl under the sinks to get to the problem. Everything he had to remove from under the sink he put back and left everything clean and dry just as he found it. During the inspection, he found and fixed a slow drain in my guest bath tub that I forgot about. He then flushed my water heater and recommended services to extend the life of the heater. He answered every question I had with a smile.I purchased a new hvac unit several years ago. Every employee I've encountered have been incredible. I can't say enough good things about Elite. Update a couple years after posting original review: I continue to use Elite. Still, every tech and customer service personnel I’ve spoken to have been very professional, courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with. My AC was making unusual noises and they came out same day. Alex found the problem right away (minor issue) and said he’ll also check the compressor just to make sure it was still functioning properly. All was working well. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That’s why I love Elite. They’re honest and priced reasonably. I can’t say enough good things about every person who works for Elite.

I called Jack Dish Plumbing because I had success with them years back when they beat another plumber's quote for a sink install.
This time I called them because I noticed my water bill going up for months. So I knew I had a leak... and it was getting worse.

It wasn't easy to isolate the leak, they checked different lines, and finally figured out how the plumbing was routed into my house as it splits off for a water softener that's no longer there.
They diagnosed and worked on it over 2 days. The price was very very reasonable!

Everyone who was here was very clean with their work, and my water meter is no longer showing a leak!

Ura was AMAZING !!! I was originally expecting Robert, but he was out sick. SCP called me ahead of time to offer a reschedule with Robert or assign Ura. Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
