Elite was one of the many that I called that was able to get someone out on a hot evening without charging a ridiculous up charge. Richard arrived much earlier then they calculated. He was extremely friendly and got the issue and repaired very quickly. Price very reasonable.Elite is now my go to company…5star rating!!!

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

My husband and I had been struggling with locating a leak that was said to be happening on our property, multiple companies including Hawthorne Plumbing stated that the leak was entirely to small to be located. Although, no one was able to located the leak, Hawthornes technician was willing to walk us through the various reasons for this, solutions to the problem and an overall understanding of the entire process that would take place. Additionally, the technician showed genuine concern for our predicament and gave his honest opinion while providing an estimate that was financially doable. They were quick and showed genuine concern.

Called them on a Thursday. Got a same day appt. I agreed to let them do the work. Started and finished the work the next day. Their price to fix the slab leak was well below other companies. Courteous, easy to work with, and they show up on time.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses.
