I have to give Vegas Plumbing stellar marks across the board. When it came time to replace my hot water tank in my garage they responded in a timely manner on what was one of the hottest days of the year. Service tech was professional in every way despite battling the extreme heat in the garage. What should have been a hour job at the most became a 2 hour job due to his having to take breaks. My heart truly went out to him. I can't comment on the cost because I didn't do a comparison with other services but the tank installed was a well known brand that I feel confident will give good service.

Great communication. Great work. Only complaint was learning that the work was not guaranteed after it was complete. This was due to roots in the system, so I guess that's understandable.

My dogs can sound vicious when the doorbell rings and it never fazes him. Super nice guy and always makes sure I know what’s going on and what service may be needed.

I hired Sin City Plumbing to do the installation of three bidet toilets. The price quoted was reasonable. The plumber, Ura, had prior experience installing both bidet seats and bidet toilets, so I felt comfortable using Sin City. Both the office staff and installers were friendly and professional. The work areas were cleaned afterwards and all packing materials were removed. I feel this company has great ethics in their relationships with clients. The next time a plumbing issue arises, I will not 'call around', but dial Sin City first.

My problem are that only hot water comes out of the shower & water is leaking from the toilet. Quick answer, Easy to talk. He fixed well. He is honest. I highly recommend him, and if there is a problem. I’ll call him back.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Really proffesional service . Staff was very nice and efficient would recommend to anybody.
