Best Water Heater in Henderson NV

Hard workers! My normal plumber referred me to Cassaro Plumbing for some sewer work we needed to have done at our commercial property. They were polite and tried many solutions. We had a tricky problem that took a lot of work and a ton of figuring out but they stuck with it and still charged me a fair price.

I'll be using them again when I need work my residential plumber doesn't do (although, I hear Cassaro does residential, too).

Rooter Ranger recently replaced my sewer system under my house. They told me the job would be 5 days, it was 20 days. They showed up two hours or more late half of the time. They didn't show up for 3 of the days and never called me to tell me they weren't coming by. I tried to call and text the supervisor, Paul, and most of the time he would not answer or get back to me. They left the job with 4 items not completed. They were supposed to fix my bathtub faucet which drips, my bathroom sink faucet, hang a piece of drywall in my bathroom and clean up dirty black marks and boot prints on my carpet in two rooms. I kept trying to call and Paul would not answer or text me for two weeks. I did the survey and someone in branding called and left me a message. I called her back and she refused to talk to me. Someone in branding told me I have to talk to Paul. The one who won't answer me at all. A few days later a plumber did come by and attempt to fix my bathtub drippy faucet, he did fix my bathroom faucet and helped me cut a piece of wood to cover a hole in my wall. The plumber said someone named Devin would call me, and he hasn't yet. It's been a week. They are disorganized and have horrible customer service. They did not put plastic down on the carpet. I had to clean the carpet myself. I wouldn't use this company again, not even to unplug a toilet. Terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Was not on time and didn’t fix the pipe properly my water line was leaking causing a high in my water bill just before the leak itself it was at $300 now it is at When they “fixed it” my water bill is now $500 a month and rising

Gary is amazing! Our water heater went out and leaked everywhere. Not only did Gary replace it quickly but also helped put us in touch with the company we needed to fix the walls from the water damage. We were so happy with him and the company and with their prices that we had him come back and fix our sink and leaky faucet!
This is definitely a company we will continue to work with.

Hired for my aunt, troubleshoot leak and had to install main line valve. Then said meter stopped and had to cap lines to find leak in house after 900$ then told us meter still moving not sure why, so now it’s the main line . over 7k to replace main line and than a leak in two after saying it was lack of insulation and was condensation but my aunt saw the meter spinning and now it stopped. Lack of experience “Sean” Called customer service and she said someone would call me but never got a call back. Poor customer experience never again.

Steven and Andrew came to my home to fix a problem with my toilet, he informed me of the situation and explained the problem. Gave me a quote on the spot. Quick service and both did an amazing job!

Excellent response. Clear explanation and solution. Clean and neat.

Headed back next week.

This company was so great when my AC broke. They came out quickly and installed my new units ASAP. All of the employees that worked on my job were very professional. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience!They continue to be great as time goes on. They contacted me to schedule a service and were super accommodating and had great communication the day of. Jack Dish Plumbing has shown to have outstanding customer service, excellent pricing, knowledgeable technicians who are courtesy, professional, knowledgeable and personable.The technician showed up on time and was thorough performing the task of water heater maintenance with an anode replace. I would definitely be using them again in future plumbing related projects. I would also, definitely recommend them for any and all plumbing projects.

I submitted a request on Angie's List for an estimate and got a call within like 1 minute. I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was coming to do my estimate within a few minutes of ending my call. Give them a call for sure if you happen to have a plumbing emergency because they respond quickly!

Robert called to let me know he was 20 minutes away and showed up within the promised window. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my issue with the garbage disposal.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Really proffesional service . Staff was very nice and efficient would recommend to anybody.
