Jake was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer or more professional person. And all of the office people are amazing as well. I purchased a new air conditioner a few years ago from Elite and couldn’t be happier. And they are still servicing the unit twice a year at no additional cost.

The service was great. My technician TL was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix my AC unit. If another problem arises I will be sure to use this company again, and I’ll ask for TL.

They are a rip-off. We needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced in our rental property. Total charge was $682! . They do not carry even simple faucets in their truck, so they had to go to Lowe's to buy a faucet. The faucet cost $169, but they added a markup of $178 on the faucet. Then the faucet replacement labor was $335. So, all in all, $682 to replace one faucet!!!
