After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. Absolutely amazing!!! Came out right away. I thought it was a basic clog, (I've had them before) come to find out my main line, going to the sewer, was filled with palm roots. They had to dig eight feet down to fix the problem. Great communication. No surprises, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Once finished, you couldn't even tell the front yard was ever dug up. (Desert landscape) Total professional and honest. Hard to find in this city. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Excellent! Excellent! Company & Customer Service. I bought my reverse osmosis system from Home Depot and they provided the name of 3 companies to come out free of charge to give a quote to install the system.

1st Company quoted $363+
2nd Company quoted me $800+ (I’m not kidding). He wanted me to buy insurance from him in case there was a problem with his work.
3rd Company was Water Wise Plumbing. They quoted $187. The plumber also went to Hone Depot to purchase a part at no extra cost to me.

I had also reviewed handymen on neighborhood website and no one was close to this price.
