When other plumbers quoted the replacement of our ENTIRE sewer line, we started saving up. Then we had a heck of a time finding ANY plumber willing to even come look at the problem. On short, Precision came out ON TIME, assessed our sewer issue, and said that in their professional opinion we didn't need the whole line replaced. They strongly felt that two smaller repairs and a good hydro jetting would solve our problems. They made both repairs without even entering my house (the other guys wanted to destroy the floors in roughly 70% of my house), got the repairs done in a single day (instead of 2-3 weeks), and they even managed to preserve the complicated aspects of my landscaping (existing trees and laid pavers). I quite simply love this company, and Sean and Frank are treasures to work with!

Steven was the technician who came to my house this morning. He was very knowledgeable . I am not sure of the young ladies name who I initially spoke with in the office to make my appointment. She was an absolute sweetheart to deal with. Thank you for being an awesome company and helping me.

Much more detailed than a toilet repair. Involved main line to sewer. Kept me informed of arrival progress, arrived on time and very nice workers. Very professional. Price was reasonable. I had prices from several companies and very much comparable to all except one! I would definitely use them again.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I recently used them for a water heater duct vent repair. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
