Best Service Call in Henderson NV

When I called Vegas Plumbing Service who is affiliated With Sun City Garage Door, they were prompt in coming to service my broken water heater. I was very pleased with the reps that came. Gary was our rep but another team member had accidentally came too and stayed to help Gary drain the heater. They provided great recommendations and all the service such as draining heater and removing with replacing along with new pipes for a great price to replace our water heater. We called Gary back to get the new heater because we had to wait for our insurance adjuster and He came within the next day. We even went from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon and they were able to put a pipe through the wall in case the water heater floods out again in the future at no extra cost. Thank you Vegas Plumbing for your excellent Service!!!

Who wants to call a plumber?! Not me. But I needed someone good, so I called Precision Plumbing. Gilbert came over and gave excellent customer service and honest advice. I hope to not need a plumber in the future, but if I do; I’m calling Precision Plumbing and asking for Gilbert C.

We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Jesus did an excellent job. He was polite and explained what he did. I made another appointment with him to come back and install a toilet.

Fast response, keep their appointment on time. Sends out text with picture of tech who is responding. Tech took extra time to find the actual problem.. This company is now in my contact list......first to call on my next problem.
Rates were fair.

It took three tries to get my toilet installed, but they did it. Jennifer, the manager, was very professional. Admittedly, Danny, the installer, installed my toilet crooked. After it was installed, there was not much I could do about it. I would use them again. I would just make sure the toilet wasn’t installed crooked.

Trevor was extremely helpful and prompt in taking care of our issue. He is very personal and pricing is very fair.

Jason RULES! I had a toilet water line in wall erupt. AHS sent out a different plumber as the repair was not covered. They wanted $250.00. I called Jason. He came and did the repair for $150.00. I then wanted to purchase 3 high boy toilets. He purchased, delivered and installed them at a fair price. My son bought me a new kitchen faucet. Again I called Jason. He sent out another plumber at a fair price. Everyone is very respectful. Thank you.
