Ken from plumbing solutions came out and looked at pressure regulator value I tried to replace and informed me Home Depot had sold me the wrong part. Ken told me where to go to get the right part and even called and made sure they had it. Wet straightforward and honest not only did he not charge me and money he saved me a lot of money in the long run. He gave me his personal cell phone number that way if u had any future plumbing questions I could go to the source and get the right answers the first time. I called Goettl for a annual a/c check and found that the pipes were all rotted and leaking. My unit was from 1996. I got a quote for a new A/C and it was replaced the same day. Their techs were courteous and respectful. They treated my home with respect and left it spotless.
