Called for a sewer back up for 1 of our customer's units. Original scheduled time could not be met and was rescheduled . Received call from office person stating that technician would be coming out after all. Frank Rohr came to the property after he finished work to take a look at the problem. That went above and beyond. Very friendly and had a caring attitude to the problem we were dealing with. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked till he got the problem resolved....Would highly recommend this company and most assuredly Frank Rohr. He definitely provided us with the highest quality of service we could have expected.

We had two scary quotes from two other companies to redo all the pipes in our house, my mom had used Adaven before so we called them for a third opinion. They gave us a much more reasonable price, were extremely friendly and professional, and we had hot water back on (and safer, more quality pipes) in no time.
