Jack Dish Plumbing is such a great experience! I had no hot water one morning. Called about 9am, great customer service! Jack came over before 11am to assess my heater! He unattached my old heater, said one of his employees would be over with a new heater soon! Before 2pm I had a new water heater and had plenty of time to pick up my granddaughter from school. We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

Called Roto-Rooter, made an appt. for early next day. Right on time, received phone call saying technician was on the way. Jose arrived, went right to work assessing the problem which could have ended with removal of bathroom sink and console and some wall damage. TGFRR !!! (that's Thank God for Roto-Rooter) After a quick trip to the supply store for a special item, he repaired the damage and replaced some pipe while the entire bathroom remained intact. My sigh of relief could probably be heard around the world. While here, he gave me an estimate on a kitchen problem and as soon as I am able I will have Jose back over here for that repair. I give this particular technician and Roto-Rooter my highest appreciation.
