Tyler came out to help with a leak we have. He was on time, friendly, and informative. I really appreciate the time he took to explain things, he was very professional. Prices were reasonable and I will use this company in the future for leaks.

Pete was amazing. Didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and even helped me figure out what to do with another home repair. They came same day and replaced my water heater.

HORRIBLE!! Showed up to install a PRV. He walked around my home 3 times, didn't trip over the main water line (couldn't find it), stated he didn't have the tools to do the job, and gave me bill for $50. I'm thinking, he's a plumber that can't find the water line to my home. When I told him $50 seemed a little much for nothing, he argued with me for 20 minutes saying the $50 is for the service call, and was doing me a favor by dropping the price from the usual $110. I'm still confused to what service he gave me. Paid him $50 to leave. What an unprofessional hack. If your job isn't easy money, don't call Jack, he'll charge you even if he can't do the plumbing work.
Called Pure Plumbing, they give FREE (not $50) estimates.

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.
