We needed an a/c tune-up and so called Climate Control Experts. The technician showed up right on time and was very courteous and professional. What was surprising is that he was honest and didn't try to find something wrong when there was nothing wrong. He did a great job. We recommend this company. In the future this is the company we will call if we need service.

Hello I am a local investor I have never had great honor in meeting these guys from 702 Services they provided extremely good service on time what they promised they perform I turn over 65 properties a year I’ve had multiple multiple handyman guys that came out and gave me quotes have done jobs they were the only ones that actually showed up on time and perform the work that they promised with no problems and of course there’s always a little bit of a problem but it could be always fixed but I can definitely recommend them and I have recommended them to a few of my Partners and realtors thank you for your guises great business and keep it up.

We had trouble with our garbage disposal and called Roto-Rooter to help us out. The plumber/technician, Francisco, did a wonderful job in assisting us. He took the time to show us what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and, more importantly, what we can do if it happens again. We've lived in the Las Vegas-Henderson area for over 5 years and this has been one of the best customer service experiences we've had

Extremely satisfied! Called them on a Sunday about a leaking water heater and they had someone at my door in 2 hours! The employees I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant and professional. The technician was awesome and did an amazing job! The water heater wasn't completed in one day but I totally understand being last minute, proper evaluation, and to obtain the parts needed. I was very thankful he prepared the area for next day install, fixed the faulty knob that was leaking, and made sure I would at least have water that night He arrived the next day right when promised. Install was done quickly! Highly recommend! Would definitely be calling them in the future for air conditioning and plumbing needs.

Pure Plumbing and Travis were excellent. They were extremely responsive, set up an appointment for the day that I needed, and were on time as scheduled. Once on site, Travis diagnosed the problem, but also did a full assessment of the other plumbing related items to review around the house. Great peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of. What a blessing!!!! We had a water leak on all days Thanksgiving!!! Ezequiel showed up right away. He was able to reassure me everything would be fine in time for dinner. He was right. He was able to find the leak in the ceiling and fixed it today. Very quick service. Thorough and reasonable pricing. I’m so thankful I called them definitely saved the day for us.

Matt used thermal imaging camera to supposedly find leak. Determined leak was in roof in every room because of cold spots on ceiling and walls. He makes assumption that all cold spots equate to water. Is true in a few cases, but not all. Leak was found with $40 moisture detector in slab due to defective toilet wax ring. Wasted $350 on leak detection service.
