Plumbing service is good but don't Recamend working there. Pay never stays the same for a 40 hour work weekamong other issues there.

Gabe and Gary have taken great care of me! My husband always did all the work on everything. Unfortunately he is chillin with Jesus now so I had to figure out what to do when I no longer had hot water. Gabe explained everything to me and was very patient. He and Gary were here when they said they would be and did all the work in a timely manner. I will refer them for sure!

Cristy is amazing, She came out to do my spring check on the air conditioning. I asked her about a problem I had with the heat constantly coming on. Cristy is super knowledgeable, professional, explained things very well. I had a problem with heat always being on in one room, she found that The damper that goes to large bedroom, was not wired. She wired it to the zone And found that it had originally been wired to the other bedroom zone instead of to the correct side of the house. So she fixed it she is outstanding. She is an excellent asset to Elite Heating and Air Conditioning. She definitely deserves a kudos or a great lunch. Thank you for having her come out. Andrea Morse.

I called to this company for an estimate as a second estimate for the main water line replacement or fix. I explained this to the lady who do management. They sent plumber to my home to look where is the main water line is and how much work it require for fixing it. Water leak was obvious. It was discovered multiple times. When main gate valve closed the water meter continued water calculation. I did not asked to discover it. Next day I was waiting for an estimate after their visit to my home. They disturbed my tenant for no reason during their visit. Next day I called for an estimate but instead I got an offer for leakage detection for $325 for my approval. I disapprove it and they refuse to provide me what was originally requested. The lady was so rude. I am very disappointed and do not understand why they have so many good feedback.

My technician, Corky, arrived on time. He was very professional installed my bidet with no difficulty. He further tested the unit to make sure that it was not leaking. The service call was painless for both of us. I would recommend the company based upon my interaction with Corky.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
