On April 9, 2018 I had a major water heater leak and contacted VPS and within 45 minutes Jonathan responded and accessed my water heater situation and within an hour he removed and replaced my water heater with a new one. His professionalism and customer service was outstanding. I will recommend Jonathan and Vegas Plumbing Service to my friends and families.

Plumbing Kings recently did two different repairs at different times. The most recent was replace the Anode on a hot water heater; before that the garbage disposal was displaced. Tyler did both jobs. Professional and patient with all of my questions. Timely response and cleaned up afterwards. Very dependable group. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Josh was extremely helpful, professional, happy and completed the tune up work with care and efficiency. He even helped get my thermostats hooked up to my phone. He was much more professional than the rep that came to my home a year ago. I asked a lot of questions and he gave answers and provided suggestions based on how I like the heat in our home. They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.
