Jason Ramon installed a brand new water heater for my husband and I. This was a really big deal because we were tight on money, but it needed to be completely replaced. Although it was no longer in warranty, this company was able to work with us, providing this service for us at a price that was beyond fair and more affordable for us. I am so grateful for Plumbing Kings! They came out last night and made a diagnosis that my master tub drain was the cause of the leak into my garage. I had a different company out here who failed to diagnosis it at all and never followed up after they sent a mitigation company out to cut holes in my ceiling. Thank goodness for Tyler! Have always had good service from them. Called this time for a dishwasher replacement. Trey came out and couldn't figure out how to remove the old one. Not sure what he did for almost two hours but he did give the homeowner a bill for $140.00. My handyman came over later, leaned it forward and had it out within three minutes. Had the new in and running within 65 minutes. Geeeez.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
