This company was made aware that my new water heater needed a part since August 27,2019. The company representative came to my home (on the 29th) diagnosed the problem and promised to order the part. On the 31st, I telephoned Water Wise and was told by the receptionist I would receive a call back shortly. This company did not return my call; and, I learned (from the manufacturer) Water Wise did not order the part. The manufacturer had to reassign another company to diagnose the issue and order the part. Hence, I had no hot water from August 31st until September 5th. Had this company ordered the part as promised, I would have had the part installed and hot running water in a timely matter.

Stanley the plumber arrived on time, clean and professional. He replaced 2 exterior hose bibs that were corroded after 22 years. Left no mess. I am happy with the work.
