No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. If you want friendly and quality service, this is the place to call. My two year over stuffed my toilet with cottonelle wipes and after a week my toilet started to clog. I did quite a bit of research and most plumbing places charge just to come to your house! Rooter Rangers, they come to evaluate the problem first and will then tell you the damages! I had a tech name Alex and he was so kind! Very professional and explained the possibility of the plumbing issue and then proceeded to see what the issue was. Once he found out it was not a main pipe but a minor balled up toilet paper in the pipe that goes to the main sewer pipe, he said it was an easy fix and gave me my quote. He also was kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher that wasn’t working and gave me insight on why and his suggestions on which route to take to fix the issue. Highly recommend!

I knew my toilets needed new innards like flappers, etc. so I called a plumber. That person didn't fix the problem. I called another plumber who put a new part in one toilet, it didn't work. So then, I called Plumbing Kings. What a difference! The toilets were fixed with the correct parts, the inside of the tanks were cleaned and all done very professionally by Steve and his crew. They offer an excellent apprenticeship program in plumbing. It's a four year program to gain a journeyman card. It is a paid apprenticeship with many phenomenal plumbing contractors involved. As long as you put in the footwork you are guaranteed a promising career that will always be in demand. No matter how bad the economy may be a plumber will always be needed.

She handles the challenges of scheduling around our crazy lives with alacrity and aplomb. Nelson and Josh and Chris and all the guys work with the calm confidence of experience and competentcy. Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
