Soooo thankful for these guys! I called at 7:00am in a panic! I was leaving town at 11am and woke up to EVERY pipe in myt house vibrating!!! I was so afraid I was going to leave and come home to a completely flooded house. Danny told me he would move a few things around in the schedule so that he could come and be at my house by 7:45 a.m... and he did just that! After searching everything he concluded that a sprinkler valve was going bad and every time that cycle of the sprinkler was turned on and off was when everything would shake. I live in one of the historical homes and I guess the way the lines are routed this is something that can happen. Thank you Danny for giving me peace of mind before I headed out the door to my nephew's graduation!!!!

Joshua came over this morning to service my AC. He rang the bell, introduced himself, explained what he was here for. Upon entering my home, he immediately put protection over his work boots, took some time to greet my dog without hesitation so that she would be more comfortable, rather than me trying to hold her back or lock her up. Offered to change out my AC filter. Showed me the original AC filter and mentioned that it was still usable, rather than just tossing in a new one. He took the time to show me exactly what he was doing, and why preventative maintenance was needed. I liked that he took time to explain things to me, and allowed me to tirelessly hover over his work lol. He's got a great attitude and seemed to be well aware of what he was doing. I'm glad to have had him as a service technician.

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.
