Best Plumbing Backflow in Henderson NV

What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he is connecting to good pipe. This is a 20 minute job max. for a plumber. I told him so and sent him on his way.

He replaced the pressure vacuum value and did a nice job. Very nice person that explained everything. The only problem was he did not reattach or plug in my instant hot water. I do not give a 5 unless they do a complete job. I will use him again. I am sorry I can’t give him a 5.He was also very timely with his work.
