Best Pipe Leak Repair in Henderson NV

They redid my house when I had a complete flood leak when I was in Rome Italy

I hate to write a bad review but I’m super disappointed in my experience here and the fact that no one returned my call back after having an issue is even worse. I talked to the call center multiple times and assured me I would get a return call and still no one has reached out. I had multiple issues with experience. One issue was with my sink where my plumber didn’t know how to fix it and I had to call my dad whose a general contractor go step by step on what to do because he was clueless. I was then charged $100 for that and I was never told the price ahead of time. Before that, I had an issue with my shower where water was coming up when the toilet was flushed. I was charged $550 on top of the $100. On top of that I didn’t feel my plumber was very professional. I was told he would call on the way and I never got a call plus a few other things which I’ll save for a return call. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I think it’s obvious I won’t be calling them again.

Ken was real helpful i had to replace a gas valve & Ken explained in detail why i asked why its only 5 years TRANE HEATING & COOLING UNIT. He said part was under warranty & i would have to pay $150.00 for labor which expire after two years. He said gas setment gets in lines & can clog valve At times it could work & times stick i wasn't planning something like this to happen , but stuff happens Better to be safe it does have saftey shut off i was concern for saftey about gas im amputee in wheelchair cant get into garage unless someone opens. Office lady Kendra was nice when she set up appointment for between 8 & 10 am window ALL WORKING OK Have a great day all

On Monday 09/19/2022 12:10 pm Nelson and Freddie from Jack Dish Plumbing came to my house to repair supply line to my toilet with shut off valve and repair tub drain. Both items were quickly repaired and replaced with superior quality parts.
