I initially had a less than pleasant experience with Rooter Ranger. I had planned to write a scathing review but instead I sent a letter about my experience to Rooter Ranger. I received a call from the owner, apologizing and offering to make things right, which he did. Any owner of any company that will take the time to reach out and do something like that, rather than just take the money and run, is forever ingratiated to me. I will highly recommend them and use them anytime in the future I have need.

Nancy the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get someone out to me quickly. Danny the plumber was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He cleared out the clogged drain and gave me helpful information about my water softener. I will definitely use their services again.

Red Carpet Plumbing came as a recommendation from my mother-in-law and they are absolutely great! I called them at 7 am today and they had a kind, knowledgeable plumber at our house by about 8:45. The only work we needed done was the installation of a kitchen faucet and disposal, but they gave us an extremely fair price since I had already removed the prior faucet and disposal. Our house is over 10 years old now, and is getting to the point where things like plumbing need replacement, and you can bet we'll be calling Red Carpet again for any future plumbing needs! I highly recommend them!

I was in need of a good plumber. Just as I was calling they called me. Nelson called to say he was on his way. Not only did they send me a good looking guy but one that knew what he was doing. He went to work on snaking my off set toilet. Then he took on closing down my unused water softener. Just what I asked for. Price was good and know I will call Jack Dish Company again..

My technician, Corky, arrived on time. He was very professional installed my bidet with no difficulty. He further tested the unit to make sure that it was not leaking. The service call was painless for both of us. I would recommend the company based upon my interaction with Corky.

Called for an estimate for a pressure regulator valve install.
Danny came over within a couple hours.
He was very polite and his estimate was much lower than our other estimate.
He did a great job and I would definitely call him again if needed.

Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++
