No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. We would highly recommend A A Cassaro to everyone. Hard these days to find

Plumbing Kings recently did two different repairs at different times. The most recent was replace the Anode on a hot water heater; before that the garbage disposal was displaced. Tyler did both jobs. Heavy snowfall lately lead to breakage of the main water supply channel and water drainage channel that was outside the house. I was really freaking out because all of my kitchen preparations had to be put on hold for the day which was troublesome as i had a house party the very next day. I was in need of a good plumber. Just as I was calling they called me. Nelson called to say he was on his way. Not only did they send me a good looking guy but one that knew what he was doing. He went to work on snaking my off set toilet. Then he took on closing down my unused water softener. Just what I asked for. Price was good and know I will call Jack Dish Company again..

We were glad we used Sin City Plumbing for changing out the water pipes under our manufactured home, installing new toilets, putting in new shower stalls, installing a new water heater, and other projects. Phil at Sin City was great to work with, in addition to Mike the owner of Sin City. Also, any follow-ups have not been a problem. We're glad we went with Sin City for sure.
