Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. Rude plain rude. I have never felt so disrespected by a home repair person as this guy made me feel. I rent so I cant complain about the price. All I can say is they need to work on their customer service a lot! I work in customer service and it does not take a lot to simply be friendly!

Daron was very professional and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He explained the issue with our pipes and jetted the lines until they were clear. He also installed a water softener system and explained how to maintain the unit going forward. On top of that he installed a new toilet unit and took away the old unit and the boxes the new toilet and water softener system came in. We appreciated his thoroughness and pleasant demeanor.

Rick gave us exceptional customer service. He provided knowledgeable assessments, and the company worked with us to finance a needed new unit. I can't say enough about the quality of the transaction.
