Best New Air Conditioner in Henderson NV

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

We just moved to Las Vegas four weeks ago. Our home required plumbing updates, and new A/C. Ace Services was highly recommended by several friends. MY AC PROBLEM WAS VERY IRREGULAR AND WAS QUITE DIFFICULT FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO IDENTIFY. SO AFTER THE INITIAL DIAG {DEAD COMPRESSOR} 2000.00 REPAIR TECH SUGGESTED ANOTHER TECH LOOK TOO , CHRIS THE MANAGER CAME OUT AND DID THE DIAG AGAIN FOR FREE !!!FOUND THAT IT WAS THE STARTER ITS CALLED SOMETHING ELSE A 300.00 REPAIR TO THE COMPRESSOR WHICH WORKED ABOUT HALF THE TIME THATS WHY IT DID NOT COME UP BEFORE THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SAVE ME SO MUCH MONEY GUYS YOU ROCK

Curtis was very professional & courteous. He advised that he wouldn't be able to inspect/repair my Whirpool water softener. He did test the water from the kitchen sink & said it was hard. I forgot the water hardness #. He offered installing a new system - unfortunately it was beyond my budget. I am a recent widow & simply couldn't afford it, even with a payment plan.Thank you Curtis for your time.

More complaints than I have time to post this morning. I'm waiting for someone else I hired to come and (hopefully) get the plumbing repaired that the Ideal tech couldn't fix in 3 different trips. Oh, and there wasn't an option for no stars._________OK - I rented a 75' snake from Home Depot, and hired a guy upon the recommendation of our realtor. He brought one guy to help him. When he got here it took maybe 5 minutes to explain everything that had happened with the warranty co and the (alleged tech) from Ideal. That tech told me last Thursday he was going to get permission to look in my drain with the camera because he was in about 10' with the snake and couldn't go any farther. Never heard anything back. Called yesterday and the girl in the office was going to check on it for me. Hour and half later I finally called First American Home Warranty - they called Ideal. They were told there was a foreign object in the drain and that isn't covered.Well the guy I hired today was here about an hour and 20 minutes. The only blockage he found was hair! Carried the snake upstairs, ran 75' of snake through the drain, reinstalled the toilet, carried the snake back down, cleaned up and even did a small repair on our front door - all in less time than it took Ideal's tech (so called) to make up excuses! 18 days later ..... finally unclogged - WITH NO THANKS TO IDEAL SERVICES!!!
