No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. My favorite thing in the world is having emergency plumbing repairs. Especially on the weekend! Thankfully Luis Agaton, from Precision Plumbing, came through like a champ. He was friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He warned me in advance, that he was going to try a minimal replacement fix (a cartridge replacement) that might not work out, leading to a total replacement of the piping in my shower wall. Well, low and behold he was able to fix it with just replacing the cartridge. This saved me $590 and I am back in working order! I love the honesty and forethought, managing my expectations, and not making promises he couldn't keep. Also, his quality of work, and post-work cleanup was perfect. Thanks again Luis! We found ourselves in need for a plumber for a toilet issue, so my husband called around to several places to start with a quote for assistance.
He ended up going with Plumbing Kings, as they were able to get to us within a few hours (on a Saturday) and the quote was a bit lower than other companies we had called. Steven arrived at the estimated time and primarily corresponded with my husband during the process of repair. My husband is not an easy man to appease, but he said that Steven was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue (which apparently was difficult to resolve, even for an experienced plumber, due to older, cheaper parts that were used during the initial construction when the house was built 20 years ago) and to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve it, and did so very thoroughly (and my husband loves to ask questions). My husband believes that the service was fairly priced, and the issue has been resolved; no issues since. Highly recommend the Plumbing Kings, we will certainly have their information on hand for any future issues.

I can't begin to explain how amazed I was with the service Jesse and his helper delivered while doing a yearly tune up on our heater.While Jesses helper went in the attic and checked the heater for our safety Jesse was so polite to take our filter out and not only did he wash it out he asked for a sanitizer so he could help keep our family from breathing unhealthy air 😃Great service to say the least and will definitely let anyone who asks for HVAC services to not only call ELITE but ask for Jesse he was great!
