This company responded to my issue within 2 hrs. I had contacted another company and was not comfortable with iffy repair of my unit or the replacement cost. Elite came in and was on point in their dialogue and my unit was replaced within 24 hrs of contact for $2800. less than first company. Great service from this company.

My problem are that only hot water comes out of the shower & water is leaking from the toilet. Quick answer, Easy to talk. He fixed well. He is honest. I highly recommend him, and if there is a problem. I’ll call him back.

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

Tony Castellanos was the technician who met with us and inspected our condo's plumbing system. He was very thorough and inspected all faucets, toilets, our water heater and water softener, and drained our water heater. He had a couple of suggestions for things we should watch out for (e.g., master bedroom toilet), but didn't put any pressure on us to install replacement or upgrade parts--an issue we've had with both Goettl (Sunny's affiliate) and Sunny in the past--we are on a monthly membership program with them. Tony was very patient with all of my stupid questions and was very good at explaining what he was doing.
If we have plumbing questions in the future, I'd specifically ask for Tony.

We had a leak in our pool fill pipe and hose connection. Called and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Our technician was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. Service Plus can service residential and commercial. Service Plus has the equipment and knowledge to diagnose and repair water main leaks, breaks, and punctures. AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Beware of this company and their business practices. I had technician Jerimiah at my house to troubleshoot AC. He drained my expensive R22 refrigerent and filled the unit with nitrogen to pressure and leak test.
He refused to continue work and claimed No Access to attic where part of unit was located. He said that there was no support structure for him to walk on. I later had a pro come out to verify that complete support structure was in place to walk on. Pictures of it were taken and sent to A&R chief David. They refused further work on my unit and never returned the unit to the state they found it in to include returning my expensive freon. My pets and I were left for 3 weeks during worst heat wave in Las Vegas with zero help or compassion by A&R. Do NOT fall in the same trap and avoid this unprofessional company like the plague!
