Elite installed new air for us a couple of years ago and we were very impressed at that time. At the one year anniversary, Alan came and did the complementary summer check up. All is well. I told him this unit actually makes the farthest room cool which the old unit never had. Alan was very friendly, polite, and fast. We look forward to seeing him again in the late fall!10/14/22 We love that Elite calls to set up routine checks twice a year. It’s so nice to not have to rely on our own memories! We pay for 2 visits at a time - spring and fall - so this one was already covered. Nathan was wonderful!

Fast, friendly, and fair

Reached out on Yelp for a hose bib repair in our backyard and received an immediate response. They offered to come out same day to look at it and give a quote and further fixed it the same day. Our hose is also in a hard to reach place behind a built in grill and they added an L arm extender to make it easier to reach. Also recommended a better hose to withstand Vegas heat.Very kind, professional, quick repair and masked! Would recommend.

Mason came to our rescue when our 1 year old furnace quit working. The company that had installed it had since gone out of business. Mason found the problem and explained to us what the issues were. He and his boss got the necessary parts by the next morning and came back to finish the job. In addition they corrected the installation problem and have ordered a part to replace the defective one the previous company had left behind. I was very pleased with Mason's cheerful attitude, his knowledge and his efficiency and concern for our well-being. I would highly recommend Climate Control Experts.

Additionally, the he had installed had a pinhole leak (much to BOTH of our surprise!), and he was back out here at 8pm making it right.
