Best Heating Equipment Repair in Henderson NV

Our water heater was pouring water into our garage the night before Christmas eve. I called around 8 pm, on Christmas Eve Gilbert was here by 9 am (the window was 8-10). They called and gave me a time estimate as well. He was able to identify the leak was caused by the connector pipes (?) and he replaced them on the spot. Gilbert is very professional and worked hard on this holiday! Highly recommend!

I had a very urgent water issue when George and Travis went far and beyond to remedy the situation.
I had a brand new hot water tank installed January 6, 2020 (installed by another plumber) but for some reason it failed. I call 702 Plumbers and George came out right away. He ended up replacing the tank as it was under warranty. It was the end of the day and he continued to complete the job so I would hot water that evening. Being new to Nevada and not having a network of professionals to handle problems I was so fortunate to have found 702 Plumber.
Very reasonable rates too.

Manuel and Chris we're very professional in the installation and explaining how the new system functions. However, we were initially sold a Lenox system, then read about class action lawsuits because of many problems with Lenox a/c coils. When we advised Arlene we didn't want Lenox a/c coils, we were told that Lenox wasn't available anyway and that we would be having a Bosch system installed. Manuel and Chris arrived saying their paperwork showed that the system to be installed was a Bosch, but they had an Air Temp system. We asked if there was a difference in price, but couldn't get an answer. The Air Temp system has been installed, but we still don't know if there is a price difference. Not good on the communications end from the business, but Manuel and Chris are very good representatives of Ambient Edge. The job has been completed. Good job, good people.

Very professional and honest work. They replaced my water tank with a tankless water heater. A very good price and a clean install. Chris and Justin did great work and were very meticulous. I highly recommend this company!!

We called about our leaking water heater. They arrived 45 minutes later.within 4 hours from our call the new water hearer was installed!

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Duyane replaced the old parts in our master bedroom toilet and now it runs smoothly with no gurgling or sound. He also gave me some valuable information about how to maintain our pipes here in Las Vegas with hard water and calcium buildup. Very professional and courteous.
