We had a toilet leak that we could have fixed ourselves, until the shut off valve didn't work and started leaking too! I called Anytime on Thursday after hours and Francisco was at our house by 3pm or so on Friday. Quick, reasonably priced and super nice. Recommend highly!

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.

UPDATE: Have been doing business with Alaskan since 2015 on 2 properties. Replaced old, inefficient systems with modern units. Recently, had a return installed in one property and some adjustments in another property.
I've come to appreciate Chad's knowledge and skills; he was able to resolve two situations complicated by shoddy design and constructions from the developers.

Fernando and Arthur were on time very polite and courteous. They replaced our main water shut off value and water pressure value. Also replaced 7 corroded sink values.

Nathan was on time and did a great job with our electrical repair for the outlets in the garage. He even took time to show us how our new electric grill was impacting our circuits. Highly recommend!

The technician who provided service was rude and unprofessional. He was more concerned about collecting the $49 inspection fee than anything else. As the homeowner, I was not there and, while I understand that in a case like that they require payment up front, I still expect professionalism. My brother (who was there) contacted me to let me know and also informed me he told the technician he would provide the $49. The customer service rep (Rayshawn) was quite nice, apologized and explained the situation. I explained to her that I can understand the concern with a new, unknown customer. However, less than a year ago, I spent more than $2,500 on services from Yes! and expected more from them given I was a known customer and this should have been considered repeat service. I pre-paid with Rayshawn, not only for the inspection and the required part and labor, but also the inspection fee for my second unit. She said she would advise the tech and I in turn advised my brother. When I arrived home, my brother advised that when he told the technician that the second AC unit needed to be checked, he responded with And that's ANOTHER $49!! in an equally rude, unprofessional way. Needless to say, I will never contact Yes! again for any service. The only good experience was Rayshawn, the CSR.
