Was greeted promptly on the phone and when I told the young lady my issue she explained they would have someone out to me today. David arrived and provided some excellent service and replaced the faulty hot water heater. Would recommend them again for a plumbing job

I was scheduled for a tune-up. Prior to my appointment, when I was called to confirm; I asked if the service person could install a new thermostat. I explained why I needed help with it, since I’m disabled. I told the representative that I would tip the serviceman to install the thermostat for me. I was told that was ok. When 2 servicemen arrived, I explained upfront what I needed and told them that I had cleared it with the company. They said they could do it. After the tune-up, the conversation was nothing but buy this and you need that. If I agreed to a $850. filtering system, they would install the thermostat free. The thermostat was not installed and I feel that I was misled and that the servicemen were trying to take advantage of me.I’m angry and disappointed.

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company installed my water softener and reverse osmosis system. The skin is not dry and flakey anymore. I have the yearly maintenance plan. My plumbing, heating, and AC is taken care of. I have not had to get anything repaired thank God, but if I did they are the only company I would use. I get a photo of the technician before he/she arrives. Every person who has come out is professional and friendly. I had my faucet in my kitchen changed. I love the product and it comes with an app so that I can adjust the temperature of the water.

Every technician sent to my house has their mask on and put on shoe covers. I have not had to ask them to do that. Thank you for being a professional and relabel company.

First time home-owner, first time needing a plumber. Matt was able to visit same day for an estimate, and got us an early slot the next morning. Joey was incredibly fast and efficient, as well as tolerant of my curiosities throughout the process. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and personable- there for you (the customer) from start to finish. They are now my go-to folks for all of my plumbing needs!

Jason returned my call right away after my water heater burst. Wayne and Anthony really went above and beyond to get a replacement water heater and new fittings, very professional.

They charged $110 per hour this plumer spent almost 1/2 the time repairing his very old equipment, I had to loan him leather gloves and provide plastic to cover my carpet
I will never use this company again and the people they have answering the phone were rude

AHS send this company to fix my air conditioning on 6/28/20 and Antonio the technician came and did nothing,it took him less then 10 min and told me it was already fix,and today 7/12/20 my air conditioning not working again,AHS should not hired bad contractors with very bad reviews.
