The guys were great, they were on time and worked hard on the first day of that crazy henderson HEAT in highland hills. They showed me all the equipment, even exchanged our water heater for a brand we preferred, went over how the equipment works, and cleaned up very nicely. They were very helpful in answering questions and providing additional information.

Jacob came out to my house and he was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Unbelievable POOR customer service. I have a home warranty with First American Home Warranty. I placed a service call about my garbage disposal. I called on a Sunday and scheduled my appointment for Friday 10/30/202. I was given a window of 8am - 12pm. I get a 7:15am call to let me know my Technician was overbooked and my appointment was moved to a window of 12pm to 4pm. The technician Kyle arrived and determined that he did not have the correct size disposal and stated he would return the next. I called the office and spoke with a non-caring male that stated he would reschedule me for Monday between 8am - 12pm. I explained that my appointment was scheduled with a four day advance time frame because I'm not at home Monday through Thursday. He then rescheduled my appointment for the next day 10/31/2020. My Technician Irwin arrives and the first thing I say is what happened the day before and asked if he had 1/2 disposal. He said yes. 3 minutes later he is telling me that he too only has the 1/3 disposal and will need to drive back to the office to get the correct disposal. RIDICULOUS!!!!! I called the office to see if Irwin will really be coming back to install the disposal this date. I spoke with a very friendly and professional male, Lemuel, who assured me that Irwin will return today. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber. I will also be sending this review to First American Home Warranty. I think they should rethink having this company as one of their vendors. Sincerely J BrooksUNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! P.S. The lady in charge (Stacy) is so rude and unaccommodating. She gave us a ridiculously huge time window and expected us to come home early from work to wait for the technician to maybe come at the beginning of that window and was unwilling to shorten it. We have already had to reschedule once because of this issue, and she was just as unfriendly and rude the second time around. We haven't even gotten this issue resolved because she has made the circumstances impossible for us to work our lives around. The rest of the staff may be very accommodating and do great work, but dealing with her is absolutely not worth their business.

Silver Star is the most honest plumber Ive ever had. I got quotes from a couple different places and their price wasnt even close to what others were offering. The service was great and the product is exactly what I needed. Thank you for my new water heater and garbage disposal!
