I had a busted water heater that needed to be replaced, and after talking to a bunch of other companies it seemed like everyone wanted to get the most money out of me. They quoted me on high hourly some quoted me on just the heater not all the piping work and new pan. I was about to do it myself until I was referred to Matt and his team and he was able to give me a break down and was able to work with me on the price. They also came very fast as they said they would. He took about an hour and a half knocking the project out. Great clean work and will use them anytime we have a water issue in my home.

The service tech Danny came out replaced my PRV valve he called prior, to let me know as requested. also he was on time, his work was impeccable. His customer service was above and beyond the normal he was excellent. This company gave me Estimate over the phone without having to pay for someone to come out to give me an estimate which many of the other companies are doing which in my opinion is completely unfair to the customer. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

They are awesome. Came right out to help investigate why my water bill was so high. We found not only the suspected water main leak (which is typical for our part of town), but also found 3 other leaks in my landscaping systems. They fixed them all and now I am back to a normal water bill and not wasting precious water in the desert.

After digging up and repairing my water main, they put everything back to normal. It looked they hadn't even been there. My front yard was immaculate!!!

He was very professional and HONEST and friendly, with out even telling him he was ready to work by wearing booties and a mask he had all his tools and just the best service I have ever had.

We had a leak in the pipe outside our house that was spewing water out uncontrollably. We didn't have a cut off just to that area and had to shut off water to the whole house. We contacted Service Plus Plumbing and when Matt came out he was able to quickly diagnose our problem, the PVC pipe had come loose as the two pipes connected. He was able to fix the problem quickly and we haven't had an issue since! Thank you!

Our washer backed up into the kitchen sink and flooded the kitchen on New Years Eve. We had had to send family away for dinner while we cleaned it up, and everyone was distraught. The carpet, drawers, sink, food, everything was soaked with dirty washer water. It was terrible. After setting up our appointment over the phone, Fred came out. He arrived on time and prepared, and immediately evaluated the situation and provided a free estimate. He even gave us a discount, bringing the total to an affordable $145. He made it easy and painless as possible, and fixed everything within about an hour and a half (including an on-the-house look at our shower drain, which he ended up snaking for free and making it run so much better). He was so kind, funny, and personable, and made it easy on everyone, especially the seniors in the house, and the cost was just a plus. I’ve owned my home for 4 years in the past I used different companies to perform maintenance on my unit. Until I found ( Best air C/P ) Eric came out and did an excellent job, he showed me pictures and gave me a full spectrum of this wrong with my unit. Something companies in the past fail to do.

We had a hot water leak under our foundation and Bryce and Brandon did a great job repairing it and cleaned up very well. Bryce explained everything he was going to do ahead of time and made the experience less stressful than we anticipated.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
