Been working with Sin City Plumbing for a few years now as a Property Manager. They always do a top notch job and I've never had them back out twice for the same issue. They often are out the same day and 99% of the time the next day. If it's an emergency they are always there. Couldn't be happier with them.

Brandon showed up on time. Got several texts and emails before the appointment. Gave us a detailed proposal with charges before hand. Completed work timely and cleaned up afterwards. Brandon was very professional. This is second time we've used this company. Very pleased. Have recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

I am a property manager and hire many techs from different fields of work from electricians to plumbers and AC techs for about 15 years now and I can honestly say this visit has been the best most professional visit since i started hiring techs wow! He was very professional and HONEST and friendly, with out even telling him he was ready to work by wearing booties and a mask he had all his tools and just the best service I have ever had.

The serviceman installed three new toilets in my home. Worked fast and did such a great job, especially when two of them were upstairs. He even cleaned up the floors after he was done. Great job!

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

I've been working with a Technician named Eddie. He has been extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely call Eddie again for any future issues.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we rent, so they had to deal with our property management company to replace it. They stayed on top of it in order to get the work approved, I didn't have to do a thing. David arrived on time, he was extremely professional to me and my dogs. I believe it took him less than 20 minutes to replace the disposal, make sure everything was in working order and leave. I would recommend David and Ideal services to anyone needing plumbing!
