Best Emergency Issues in Henderson NV

I hate to write a bad review but I’m super disappointed in my experience here and the fact that no one returned my call back after having an issue is even worse. I talked to the call center multiple times and assured me I would get a return call and still no one has reached out. I had multiple issues with experience. One issue was with my sink where my plumber didn’t know how to fix it and I had to call my dad whose a general contractor go step by step on what to do because he was clueless. I was then charged $100 for that and I was never told the price ahead of time. Before that, I had an issue with my shower where water was coming up when the toilet was flushed. I was charged $550 on top of the $100. On top of that I didn’t feel my plumber was very professional. I was told he would call on the way and I never got a call plus a few other things which I’ll save for a return call. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I think it’s obvious I won’t be calling them again.

Had SSP install our new kitchen sink. Tyler was completely professional and full of great knowledge and advice regarding the sink. After coming by for an estimate, we scheduled the job with them the following week, Tyler arrived on time and the sink looks absolutely gorgeous.

Danny and Stanley were amazing. They did a total re pipe in 2 days. Approximately 42 hours of labor. Very professional and hard working. They took a half hour lunch and that was it. Non stop work. Great guys.

They were hired by our GC for a home renovation. They connected the pipes incorrectly and tried to say it was a preexisting condition, then they installed a circulation pump incorrectly, it was extremely loud and I found out it was discontinued plus they never asked what we wanted to put in the first place. The GC replaced it. They installed a recirculation system so that we now get hot water but not cold and the only way to fix it is to rip apart the walls again. The plumber they sent to install a fixture (hot dial produced cold water and vice versa) didn't know how to do it correctly and tried to get away with saying that's the way it is. In the beginning I did not realize how this was going to come out and set up a meeting with the owner/manager for another project but he never showed up to the appointment, never called and I waited for nothing. I understand that things happen but there are just too many and when you bring it to their attention, they try to ignore you. If you don't mind things like this go for it.

Service Plus Plumbing came out to my house twice for two separate plumbing issues. Chris was amazing at taking care of both problems we had. He was so professional, careful, and informative. Most of all, he was transparent in everything he did. It was one of the best experiences I ever had of a technician coming to my home. I can't recommend Chris and Service Plus Plumbing more! They are the best in the valley.
