My husband and I had a plumbing emergency this the morning, we Googled plumber near me and called Precision Plumbing. Cynthia was very professional and friendly, immediately I knew she was there to help us out. She was able to send Diego out who evaluated our issue as a stripped shower head. He provided an estimate, he went out to get the necessary plumbing part(s) to fix our shower. Diego was also friendly and professional. Today I had my Water heater serviced by Elite Plumbing and could not be happier with both the Technician and the company. I had a water leak in my water heater and had no idea what the problem could be. I was sweating that I had to purchase a new heater witch is very expensive especially being on a 100% disabled veteran's pension. The tech took his time trying to figure out what the problem was for about 45 minutes. In the end, it turned out to be only an inside valve that needed to be tightened. My total bill was $182.00. The tech could of very easily told me he had to replace the whole water heater, but he didn't. Wow! An honest company and a real trustworthy technician. I'll be calling Elite Plumbing again very soon as I now need a water softener for my home. At least this time, when I call, I will feel at ease that I am not being taken for a ride. By the way, the Technician's name was Sean, the plumber.
