Call someone else! They tried to charge my wife over $800 for what amounted to $80 in parts (retail) and maybe an hour of labor (replace shower valve cartridge - $365, replace toilet fill valve and flapper - $289, replace water supply line - $149).

I have used Elite Heating, Cooling and Plumbing previously for a seasonal Air Conditioner Tune-Up.They have checked many of the components of the air conditioner to make sure it is running well.The technicians are very professional and explain each component that was checked and how the overall condition of the unit is functioning.I will continue to use Elite Heating Cooling and Plumbing for my annual Tune-Up and repairs should something go wrong with it.

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

Furnace repair..it was as usual completely great. My furnace had blown the fuse in the attic n it was freezing. I immediately got a tech, Eric, who found n fixed the problem. I have used Hawthorne for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. They are supreme! Thank you all, Leah in the office, Eric, Sean, and the greatest manager...Angel!

Brian Asbjorn did an exceptional job on the 4/2/2020 service call. His willingness to explain what he was doing and to answer my questions was much appreciated. His experience, maturity, efficiency and caring attitude were important to me and make him a real asset to Ambient Edge.

10/10 Amazing service! I needed a repair done ASAP and Bumble Breeze was able to get me a tech within a few hours! Their office reached out via text and telephone and kept me informed all the way up to the tech’s arrival. Upon arrival the tech was very professional, friendly and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly! There’s no one better than Bumble Breeze!

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
