My A/C fan was running without cooling. James came out and quoted me $4300.00 - offered $3700.00 if I signed for maintenance with them. He disconnected the flow switch and told me not to run the system. The house was at 99 degrees for two days until another company gave me quote. I paid $600.00 for the same service as GOETTL. I am wondering if my husband (who was out of town at a funeral) would've received the same quote. And BTW - I could have ran the air the whole time. My name Is Andrea and James was the technichan.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue.
