My hot water heater suddenly broke and I called Precision Plumbing and they responded instantly. Tyler my technician, was profession and worked diligently to install my new water heater. Before installation, Tyler noticed water damage and mold to the dry wall around the water heater and called WFM Restoration in order to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Precision Plumbing and Tyler for any plumbing needs.

Customer service and skills are great! The consult and repair time was faster than other companies we consulted with. We had an old water heater and defective H20 softener that needed replacing.
Everyone likes Hot, or warm water to clense with. Needless, to say No job is to large or small for the Plumbing Kings. The servicemen surpassed our expectations on the repairs. We are glad to have had such a great team to assist us with our water issues.

Absolutely amazing!!! Came out right away. I thought it was a basic clog, (I've had them before) come to find out my main line, going to the sewer, was filled with palm roots. They had to dig eight feet down to fix the problem. Great communication. No surprises, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Once finished, you couldn't even tell the front yard was ever dug up. (Desert landscape) Total professional and honest. Hard to find in this city. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

The technician came and left without us ever learning what our plumbing issue was and he surely did not fix it. It seems as if he was just coming to pitch us a service plan and we still have issues with the toilet. He made the trip quickly and did not charge us a service fee, so that was definitely some good marks for him.

I had a tenant that called my property manager indicating that the heater would not ignite. The tenant thought it might be the control panel. Fearing the worse, I contacted Ambient and they had someone out that afternoon. The repairman (Brian) quickly checked the system and found that the cobwebs that had accumulated over the summer were blocking the igniter. He cleaned them out, did a maintenance on the system and had everything back up and running for just the visitation charge. I have used Ambient for years for both my Las Vegas and Kingman house and they have never disappointed in providing the highest level of professionalism and top quality service!

The first time I called it was a Thursday morning. I saw their ad in TV the night before. I had a serious plumbing problem. They had a serviceman in my area so he was at my house in 1/2 hour. He diagnosed the problem in another 1/2 hour and showed up the next morning with a helper. In three hours the job was done, fixtures replaced & I haven’t had a problem since. That was nearly a year ago.So when I needed a new furnace/ air conditioning unit they came right out, measured, ordered the bee unit and came out a week later. The old unit was over 40 years old and it took two men most if the day to get it out. The install was done & it actually has a thermostat that can be read and programmed - the old unit was archaic. It is much quieter and they came out a couple of weeks ago to service it for winter. Perfect.Climate Control Experts do what they promise, are fast,, their service people are courteous and knowledgeable and they guarantee all their work - all at a reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Super responsive and reliable. Great service and went the extra mile to help. After looking at average prices online for the job received it was definitely on the low end which I so appreciate
