Best A/C System Dismantlement in Henderson NV

I had three different companies come out to our home for an estimate on replacing our existing air conditioning and heating system. Two of them were high pressure personnel and their estimates were double that of Elite's. Elites personnel were very informative, knew the various products extremely well and were not pushy. I went with Elite because I felt they were very honest and had far more integrity than the other companies. They were on time, friendly and highly efficient.My new system was installed within one day and they cleaned up after themselves. The office staff kept us informed of show/start times and there was no surprizes. Elite also scheduled a time to come out and clean all of our vents and again left no mess. Bottom line; I got the same unit the other companies were offering at about half the price. I was also pleased that the owner gave me a military discount which really helped out. I have recommended Elite to all my friends and family members and they have made Elite their choice in air conditioning needs. Great job gang.

I dealt with Alex personally and Tad on the phone. They were very professional and I am completely satisfied with the product (although probably the most expensive), but there was a definite lack of communication. The initial tech said he would be at my house for the install but was not, so the information that I thought would be relayed was not relayed to the install tech. I never met the install tech or signed off on the job. If he weren't able to be at the install, all he had to do was tell me. Otherwise I was left in the dark because I was at work. Tad left before I drove the 5 minutes to the house. Not the best way to do business in my opinion.
