This company is a joke. They'll ring you for every dollar they can. They called me and said they needed to do a 1 year maintenance check on my system, scheduled the appointment for the next day. The technician came in did a water test and changed 2 filters on my RO system. Then manually started a regen on the rain soft tank. Let it run a couple minutes and shut it off. Then proceeded to tell me I had to pay a $380 fee. He didn't even spend more than 15 minutes in my home.

They came to visit same day when I reported a septic issue and were here the next day to open and pump my tanks and clean the filter, which was what our primary issue was. Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.

This company is joke and lies! I do not recommend them at all! They lied about being at my house and then when I called them they said they had the wrong address.. I watched the technician drive into my yard then kept going! Real grand of your company! What a joke!
