I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish.
Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I know all these septic repair operators stay busy, but Donahue was one of only a couple of the eight that I called who actually returned my call in a timely manner. He arrived the same day and after making a quick test and diagnosis, returned the next day with the new pump even before the promised time and had my system up and running again. The charge was very reasonable -- I was expecting a lot more.

This business has a great reputation that is well earned. They have been to our house for repairs to our toilet and to our bathroom sink. They are professional and always take precautions to keep your floors protected by wearing booties over their shoes. Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. We have recommended their company to family and friends.

Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.

My house was flooding with sewage for 3 days. I called another company and they did absolutely nothing to fix it, they just said they would need to rip out all my pipes and charge me a total of $9000........I called Vortex and told them, they sent someone out and he had it fixed in UNDER AN HOUR for nowhere near that price. Literal life savers. I can not recommend them enough. I will forever use this company if I need any work done.
