Mike got back to me extremely quickly and managed to find a spot in his schedule in order to quickly get my Mom back up and running. He coordinated with me very well over the phone (multiple calls) and was very professional. He got the job done at a very fair price. I can't recommend Mike and Affordable Plumbing highly enough!

He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
