T W Stanley and Son provided excellent service in a timely manner when my 25 y.o.+ deep well jet pump decided to quit working. I called at 7:30 AM, and had water back the same day, even after they finished previously scheduled work. They are pleasant to work with and kept me informed during the replacement process. They also did not mind when I asked questions about why they were doing certain things, fully explaining the what and why. Nice people, good service, even on a cold day (for Greensboro, NC).
