Chris and Ryan do great work! I received a recommendation about Coretech from a local plumbing supply store so I called them for help with a plumbing leak…. A slab leak. Since the work was going to be extensive and my 40+ year old townhouse needed updates and had other plumbing issues, I decided to get it all done at once. Chris and Ryan have taken care of all of my plumbing work, and continue to work with me as I finish up current renovations on my home. They fixed the leak, retrofitted my tub and shower with levers to replace old three knob faucet handles, replaced three commodes, installed three vessel vanity sinks and faucet sets, re-set my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet, and installed a new dishwasher. All of the work is beautiful and I am very happy with it. Chris and Ryan are knowledgeable, professional, do quality workmanship, have fair pricing, and are courteous and personable. My go-to for future plumbing needs is Coretech!

I called Williams and told them my A/C wasn't working. Terry appeared soon after. He said my fan motor was out and probably Monday before a replacement part.Of course it was a 90 degree Saturday. My husband who's in poor health and I spent the night at out daughter's. Terry called Sunday morning and was on the way to our house with a new fan motor. Problem solved! He even called the next morning to be sure everything was still working.

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

NG Plumbing came out one day gave me an estimate and was here within 24 hours to fix it. Very professional beyond fair prices. I would most definitely do business with them again! Thank you!

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

Shane is always on time and respectful. He calls or texts before he comes to work on our home. He has done everything from replacing burnt out bulbs, replacing locks, fixing holes in the walls to building a gate for the patio area. Always leaves the area he works in neat and clean. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.

we requested for estimate to change the pipes ,it was about 20ft pipes and estimate was around 900$ .ok ,we paid ,but they change only 10% of the pipes then we requested -they refund us back only 150 $ .so ,they did not finished requested job which we paid ,and they robbed us .One picture is what we requested and paid ,another picture with red mark is only what they reaper .would not recommend them .i called them ,to complain ,ask if they want to come in and see by self why we feel robbed -they try to sell me some demagogic answers without any sense .stay away .
