Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.

So....to say I had a plumbing emergency this weekend is an understatement. Vortex was recommended to me by a friend- So I called at 0806 this morning. The guy on the phone said he would try to work me into the schedule around lunch time. At 3pm, with out a follow up call, I called back to see what the deal was (given my recent experience with terrible contractors). Come to find out, the guy I spoke to was involved in a car accident on his way into work and was never able to put me on the schedule. With the time of day, I figured I would have to go another day without a toilet and shower...but I was wrong. Danny got to my house about 4:40 and was in and out in under an hour.

we requested for estimate to change the pipes ,it was about 20ft pipes and estimate was around 900$ .ok ,we paid ,but they change only 10% of the pipes then we requested -they refund us back only 150 $ .so ,they did not finished requested job which we paid ,and they robbed us .One picture is what we requested and paid ,another picture with red mark is only what they reaper .would not recommend them .i called them ,to complain ,ask if they want to come in and see by self why we feel robbed -they try to sell me some demagogic answers without any sense .stay away .
