We recently got a whole house filtration system and RO water system installed. I was a little skeptical at first, but I don’t think I could ever go back now. Our sales rep, Chris, went above and beyond to get us the best deal. The technician, Blake, was there the next day. Not only was he very polite and professional, but his work was immaculate. Our 60 year old house posed a few problems and he did not hesitate to do all he could to ensure the plumbing was perfect. Chris and Blake both checked up on us the next day to ensure the water pressure and quality was perfect. The immediate difference in our skin, clothes, and drinking water was astounding. They are not just selling a product. They care about what they sell, and it has proved itself true. We will definitely be using them for any other water needs we may have. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a company.

This business has a great reputation that is well earned. They have been to our house for repairs to our toilet and to our bathroom sink. They are professional and always take precautions to keep your floors protected by wearing booties over their shoes. Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. We have recommended their company to family and friends.

I called Hall Well & Plumbing today for a water heater leak at my Salon. without water we can't do business. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had our issue fixed and a new water heater installed in no time! We are extremely thankful for their assistance and quick response which let us continue operations as normal! If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

Do not use this company. Can’t show up on time and can’t be bothered to return a customers phone call after having waited several hours.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

This company is joke and lies! I do not recommend them at all! They lied about being at my house and then when I called them they said they had the wrong address.. I watched the technician drive into my yard then kept going! Real grand of your company! What a joke!
