A team of plumbers; Brandon, Greg, Ray, and Paul, led by their supervisor Lee went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. The team’s work ethic and plumbing knowledge was outstanding and the work they accomplished was amazing.
The best thing about working with this team at Master’s was their compassion. They really looked out for my family and I as we are going through a tough time. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish.
Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I’m a forever customer with Go Green due to these three men and their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation. I've worked with them before in a commercial setting and was just as pleased with their service then as I am their residential service. Thanks for the help!

Always seem to be using the lift in the aisle I need to go in.

Referred by my homeowner's warranty company. Very difficult trying to get an appointment scheduled, but I was told my disposal would either be repaired or replaced in less than 30 minutes so I could leave for work on time. After arriving late, technician spent 3 minutes looking at disposal, then told me it worked fine. I disagreed, showing him it just spun things around. He opened the cabinet underneath, looked at the outer components, then told me again it was in good condition, and I owed him my deductible. I tried to explain I wasn't happy with the appliance and I wanted it replaced like I was told over the phone. He repeated I needed to pay him. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, apparent technical ability, and certainly customer service! I do not recommend this company.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
